Stewed lentils with lamb recipe

Ingredients to make Stewed Lentils with Lamb:

  • 2 garlic

  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 small red bell pepper
  • 1 turnip
  • Beef, vegetable or chicken broth
  • 3 carrots
  • spices to taste
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 Knorr chicken bouillon cube

How to make Braised Lentils with Lamb:

1.First, cut the ingredients into julienne strips, fry the onion with the green pepper, the red pepper and the carrot. Chop the garlic, fry and once you have the desired color, add a splash of white wine and let it evaporate.

2.Add the broth and spices you want. Add the bay leaf, the Knorr chicken bouillon cube, salt, pepper, tomato and red paprika powder.

3.We chop the knuckle that we will add halfway through cooking or the last minute of the lentils with vegetables and lamb so that it does not fall apart.

4.We reserved an oxtail broth and the combination was delicious, but you can use meat, vegetable or chicken broth.
