Stew with bacon recipe
Ingredients to make Bacon Stew:
- 1 kilo Chambered boneless
- 1/2 kilo of Tomato.
- 1/4 of Onions
- 2 Garlic
- Laurel
- cinnamon stick
- whole pepper
- nails
- cumin
- cinnamon
- oregano
- 3 Carrots cut into wheels (uncooked)
- 3 Potatoes cut into wheels (uncooked)
- peas
- 150 gems. of bacon
- 2 sausages
- 2 whole Cuaresmeño peppers.
How to make Bacon Stew:

The bacon and the chorizo are put to fry and when the bacon is transparent, add the meat already seasoned, let it brown on all sides and then add the ground tomato with all the other ingredients, as well as the whole chills, without the tail.

Salt to taste.

Add the necessary water, 1 tablespoon of broth and let it simmer until the meat is cooked.
