Ingredients to make Steak Skewers with Pepper Onions:
For 4 people:
- 450 gr. beef tenderloin fillets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon black peppercorns
- fresh parsley to garnish
- 2 medium onions to pieces.
How to make Steak Skewers with Peppered Onions:
Cut the tenderloin into cubes. Bathe them in oil and cover them with the crushed black peppercorns. String the meat cubes onto the skewers, along with the onions. Put them to roast on the barbecue, for 8 or 12 minutes, turning them from time to time. Serve garnished with parsley.
