Squid Taquitos Recipe

Ingredients to make Squid Taquitos:

  • 1kg of Squid
  • One White Onion
  • A garlic clove
  • Serrano Chile (any taste)
  • Ground pepper
  • Tomato Puree (1/2 Cup)
  • Salt to taste
  • Corn tortillas
  • Edible oil

How to make Squid Taquitos:

The squid is cleaned well (the skin is removed); sepone to sew in a container with enough water for 60 minutes. At the end of cooking, it is rinsed and squeezed; it crumbles. Chop the garlic, onion and Serrano pepper.

In a saucepan, heat the oil and fry the garlic, add the shredded squid; a minute after frying, remove the garlic and add the onion and chili. After 1 minute, add the puree and ground pepper. After preparing the squid, the corn tortillas are fried and the tacos (stuffed) are formed.
