Ingredients to make Spring Soup:
- 300 gr peas
- 300 gr asparagus(s)
- 1 tablespoon(s) chopped parsley
- 1 medium onion(s)
- 1 1/2 liters broth
- 20g smoked bacon
- 200g rice
- oil and butter
- Grated cheese
- Salt to taste
How to make Spring Soup:
- Chop the onion into small squares and brown it in a little oil, add the bacon and the peas, then add a little broth.
- Apart, while the peas are cooking, clean the asparagus by cutting off the ends.
- Pour the rest of the broth over the peas and when it boils, add the rice and the asparagus tips.
- When cooking is finished, add a bit of butter and sprinkle with parsley and grated cheese.
