Spring rolls recipe with Thermomix

Ingredients to make spring rolls with Thermomix:

For the mass:

  • 5 cups of flour
  • 1 unit of Egg
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • ½ cup of soybean oil
  • 1 cup of soy sauce

For the filling:

  • 2 units of Carrots
  • 1 piece of Cabbage
  • 1 unit of medium onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 70 milliliters of oil

How to make spring rolls with Thermomix:

The first thing we have to do to prepare these spring rolls with Thermomix is ​​to gather all the necessary ingredients. Next, we will start making the dough: place all the ingredients to make it in the Thermomix glass and program the machine for 15 seconds at speed 5. Then take the dough out of the glass, clean it and let the dough rest for 1/2 hour.

Now it is the turn of the filling: place the oil in the Thermomix glass and program the machine for 3 minutes at aroma temperature and speed 1.

Then add the slightly chopped vegetables in the glass, place the Thermomix butterfly on the blades and program it for 15 more minutes at a temperature of 100ºC and speed 1.

Preheat the oven to 180º C and while it is heating, stretch the dough with a rolling pin, so that it is very thin. Then cut it into large squares and fill them with the cooked vegetables. Finally, roll up the squares of dough and bake them until they are golden on the outside.  And ready! You already have your spring rolls with them mix.
