Spirals with smoked salmon recipe

Ingredients to make Spirals with smoked salmon:

  • 250 g of pasta spirals.
  • 200 g of smoked salmon.
  • 4 dl of liquid cream for cooking.
  • 1 glass of white wine.
  • 4 tablespoons of virgin olive oil.
  • A pinch of ground black pepper.
  • 60 g of grated Gruyère cheese.

How to make Spirals with Smoked Salmon:

  1. Cook the spirals in boiling salted water for 10 minutes and, once cooked, drain and reserve.
  2. Chop the fresh chives into brunoised (finely minced) and cook them over low heat with the olive oil.
  3. Add the liquid cooking cream and the wine and let the whole boil for 1 minute.
  4. Cut the smoked salmon into small cubes and heat it a little in a separate pan.
  5. Add the salmon to the sauce and add black pepper to taste.
  6. We serve the sauce over the cooked and hot spirals, sprinkling with the grated Gruyère cheese.
