Spiral recipe with sausages and mushrooms

Ingredients to make Spirals with sausages and mushrooms:

  • 350 grams of spirals (curly pasta)
  • 250 grams of sausage
  • 300 grams of mushrooms
  • 1 glass of white wine
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper

How to make Spirals with sausages and mushrooms:

  1. Clean and chop the mushrooms.
  2. Crumble the meat from the sausages.
  3. Put on the fire, without oil, a non-stick frying pan with a bottom.
  4. Add the shredded sausages and brown well.
  5. Add the wine and cook for about five minutes.
  6. Add the mushrooms and minced garlic to the pan, mix and season.
  7. Cover the container and cook over low heat for another 10 minutes.
  8. Cook the pasta, as usual, and drain.
  9. Add it to the pan with the mushrooms and sausages and stir for a few minutes.
  10. Before turning off the heat, season with the oil and the chopped parsley.
  11. Sprinkle with grated cheese and pepper.
