- 1 package of spinach leaves
- 1 handful of walnuts
- 1 unit of goat cheese roll
- 2 units of sliced mushrooms
- 1 apple unit
- 1 jet of olive oil

- 1 splash of Vinegar of Modena
How to make Spinach Salad with Walnuts and Goat Cheese:
Wash the spinach leaves well and chop them with your hands. Place them in a salad bowl and add the chopped nuts. Then, peel the apple and cut it into slices of the thickness you want. Place the slices on top of the spinach. Incorporate the raw laminated mushrooms or, if you prefer, passed through a frying pan with very little oil.
