Spinach salad with boiled egg recipe

Ingredients to make Spinach Salad with boiled egg:

  • ½ kilogram of fresh spinach
  • 1 unit of salad tomato
  • 1 unit of Carrot
  • ½ unit of red pepper
  • 4 radish units
  • 1 unit of boiled egg

Dress:

  • 25 cubic centimeters of oil
  • 12 cubic centimeters of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 5 grams of ginger powder

How to make Spinach Salad with Boiled Egg:

Clean the fresh spinach cut the trunks and cooks with its steam in a pan with a drop of oil for 2 or 3 minutes. Cut the tomato, the red pepper and the carrot. We peel the radishes. The hard-boiled egg is cut into small pieces. And it’s all served on a platter. In a bowl put 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, lemon juice and ginger powder. Stir until smooth, then add 4 tablespoons of oil and stir again. Dress the salad with the previous mixture. The carrot is more decorative if we cut it into thin strips. It is better not to put salt or to put very little, because the soybeans and ginger give it a little flavor.
