Spinach pancakes with amaranth recipe

Ingredients to make spinach pancakes with amaranth:

  • 2 bunches of spinach
  • 150 grams of amaranth
  • 4 eggs
  • gray cheese
  • 150 grams of optional ham

How to make spinach pancakes with amaranth:

  1. The raw spinach is cut into small pieces, the eggs; the previously grated cheese and the optional ham are added to taste
  2. Mix everything very well and let it rest for 1 to 2 hours. In a pan with hot olive oil, make a tablespoon for each pancake. It can be served with stewed tomato or green chili, and accompanied with rice, it is tasty and nutritious.
