Ingredients to make Spinach Lasagna:
- 1/2 kilo of spinach leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 tablespoons of heavy cream
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- 1 1/4 cups Fontina cheese
- 250 gr. lasagna pasta
- salted
- pepper to taste
- 1 egg yolk
- for the willow
- 1/2 cup of milk cream
- 1 beaten egg
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 sliced tomatoes
How to make Spinach Lasagna:
- Cook the Lasagna sheets in abundant salty water; when al dente, drain and bathe with fresh tap water. Chop and reserve.
- Mix the cooked spinach with the nutmeg, salt and pepper; add the cream, garlic, yolk and cheese.
- On a lightly greased Pyrex or pretty baking sheet layer the spinach and lasagna mixture.
- Prepare the sauce: Mix the cream with the beaten egg and half of the Parmesan cheese.
- Drizzle over the Lasagna.
- Arrange tomato slices and the rest of the Parmesan cheese on top of the Lasagna.
- Bake at 175 degrees Celsius for 35 minutes until golden.
