Spinach and Salmon Salad Recipe

Ingredients to make Spinach and Salmon Salad:

  • 80 grams of Salmon
  • 100 grams of Spinach
  • 1 lemon unit
  • 1 tomato unit
  • 3 dessert spoons of balsamic vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 pinch of Parmesan cheese
  • 1 pinch of sesame seeds
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper

How to make Salmon Spinach Salad:

Before making the spinach and salmon salad, the first step is to get all the ingredients ready. Wash the spinach very well and chop with your hands. Cut the salmon into very thin slices, add the lemon juice, salt and pepper, place in the fridge for 10 minutes, until the salmon changes color. Mix the spinach with the tomato cut into strips without seeds, add the balsamic vinegar, the olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Serve the salad, add the salmon slices on it and sprinkle with sesame seeds and Parmesan cheese.
