Spinach and oatmeal soup recipe

Ingredients to make Spinach and Oatmeal Soup:

  • 500 grams of Spinach
  • 100 grams of oatmeal
  • 1½ liters of chicken broth
  • 1 chicken breast
  • 1 unit of Egg
  • 70 grams of grated cheese
  • Hojiblanca extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of chopped parsley

How to make Spinach and Oatmeal Soup:

  1. Cook the chicken breast in the broth for 5 minutes and reserve it.
  2. Separately, chop the spinach.
  3. Put a little oil in the pressure cooker. When hot, add the spinach.
  4. Let them sweat a little and release their juice, add the oat flakes and the broth.
  5. Season and mix well.
  6. Let cook for 3-4 minutes from the moment the steam begins to come out.
  7. Put the raw egg in a bowl, season it and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
  8. Beat it and add the cheese.
  9. Transfer the mixture to a tureen and pour the soup on top.
  10. Chop the chicken breast and add it. Tip: There is summer spinach and winter spinach. The winter ones are thicker, more consistent and vigorous
