Spinach and Mushroom Soup Recipe

Ingredients to make Spinach and Mushroom Soup:

  • 2 chicken tails
  • 2 slices of bacon
  • 1/2 onion1 clove of garlic
  • 1 bunch of coriander
  • 2 butter spoons
  • 2 bunches spinach, washed, stems removed and coarsely chopped
  • 1/4 kg of mushrooms
  • Salt

How to make Spinach and Mushroom Soup:

  1. Cook in the pressure cooker, for 20 minutes, the tails, the bacon, the onion, the garlic and the cilantro with 6 cups of water and salt.
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter and cook in it, over very low heat, the mushrooms and spinach.
  3. After 20 minutes, cool the pressure cooker under cold water, open it and strain the broth into the saucepan where the mushrooms and spinach are.
  4. Raise the flame a little and let the soup cook for about 5 more minutes, so that it season. Keep her warm.
