- 1 handful of fresh spinach
- 1 handful of fresh mushrooms
- 2 units of radishes
- 1 can of sweet corn
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 splash of virgin olive oil
- 1 lemon unit
How to make Spinach and Mushroom Salad:
Clean and wash the spinach well, choose the smallest and freshest leaves for this healthy salad. Cut the mushrooms into very thin slices; put them in a bowl with salt and lemon juice to macerate for an hour in the fridge. Clean and wash the radishes, cut them crosswise and leave them in water for a while.
Drain sweet corn well. We assemble the vegetable salad on individual plates. Put the spinach leaves on each plate, add the radishes and the grains of sweet corn, add the mushroom slices on top. Season with virgin olive oil and salt. Accompany with a few pieces of lemon on the plate. You can accompany this salad with vinegar and honey sauce.
