How to make Spinach and Mozzarella Cheese Quiche:
We put the short crust pastry on a mold, and trim the excess edges. We reserve in the fridge and also put the oven to preheat to 180º C.
Tip: You can also use puff pastry, if you like it better.
Prepare a bowl with the eggs, beat well, add the liquid cream and mix again. We put a pinch of salt. In the bowl where we have the eggs and the cream, we will put the cut spinach and the grated cheese, mix it.
Trick: The grated cheese can be whatever you like, I put a little Parmesan cheese.
