Ingredients to make Spicy Shrimp Ceviche:
For 6 people:
- 1 pound shrimp (peeled and cut lengthwise)
- 1 pc. Red pepper
- 1 pc. onion
- 1 pc. tomatoes
- 2 u. ground chili jalapeno
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 cup lemon juice
- Cilantro
- Parsley to taste
- 1 cup ketchup
- Salt
- Pepper
How to make Spicy Shrimp Ceviche:
Boil water with black peppercorns and 2 Indian bay leaves, boil the shrimp for 30 seconds, transfer them to cold water with ice, and drain them.
Put the pepper, onion, tomato and peppers on the grill until they are cooked, without peeling them, put them in a food processor and add the rest of the ingredients, put the shrimp in this sauce. Leave them in the fridge for 15 minutes. If you like it spicy, add more peppers to the sauce.
