Spicy Almonds Recipe

In this recipe you will learn to make some original spicy almonds. It is an easy, delicious and healthy appetizer, perfect to accompany some beers. Almonds in themselves have many health benefits, they are rich in protein, magnesium and phosphorus, apart from containing a high level of good fats, and the spicy marinade gives them a special touch and will make them irresistible to everyone.

Ingredients to make Spicy Almonds:

  • 1 small glass of Almonds with skin
  • 1 unit of egg white
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 pinch of ground chili pepper
  • 1 pinch of salt

How to make Spicy Almonds:

  1. Before making this recipe, the first step is to get all the ingredients ready. Keep in mind that this procedure can be carried out with other nuts such as peanuts or walnuts.
  2. In a bowl, mix the almonds with the paprika, the chili and salt.
  3. Add the egg white and mix very well.
  4. Place the almonds in a silicone mold or a tray with parchment paper, trying to separate one from the other so that they stick. Cook in the oven at 160°C for 20 minutes.
  5. Let cool slightly and serve the spicy almonds. This healthy snack can be served at the table during a night of drinks, either with beers or gin and tonics.
