Special sea bream recipe

Ingredients to make special Sea Bream:

  • 1 sea bream of 1 ½ Kg. or four ration sea breams
  • 4 carrots
  • 4 stalks of celery
  • 3 large potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 green pepper
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 glass of crushed tomato
  • 1/2 tablespoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 lemon
  • a few sprigs of parsley
  • black pepper
  • oil
  • salted

How to make Special Bream:

  1. Cut the carrots, potatoes and bell pepper into 1 cm slices.
  2. Cut the celery into 2 cm pieces and the onion into wedges.
  3. Heat oil in a saucepan, add the vegetables and season.
  4. Cover and cook over low heat for 30 minutes and remove them from the oil with a slotted spoon.
  5. Put the fish in a bowl and place the vegetables on top.
  6. In the same oil, fry the garlic for 1 minute and add the crushed tomato.
  7. Add salt and cayenne and cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
  8. Pour 1 glass of water and bring to a boil.
  9. Pour over the fish.
  10. Bake in the oven at 200º C: for about 30 minutes.
  11. Garnish with lemon and parsley.
