Special asparagus cream recipe

Ingredients to make special asparagus cream:

  • 250 grams of green asparagus
  • 1 unit of onion leek
  • 500 milliliters of chicken broth
  • 250 grams of milk cream
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 100 grams of butter
  • 1 pinch of salt

How to make Special Asparagus Cream:

  1. List all the ingredients.
  2. Chop the asparagus, first removing the whitest part.
  3. Cut the onion into slices.
  4. Sauté the onion with the butter, add salt and cover for 5 minutes.
  5. When the onion is soft, add the asparagus and cook until very soft. If necessary, add a little chicken broth and cover.
  6. Add all the chicken broth, rectify flavor with salt and pepper and cover. Let cook for half an hour over low heat.
  7. Blend all the broth until a homogeneous mixture remains. Then, return to the pot, add the milk cream and let it thicken.
  8. Serve the special asparagus cream on a plate with a slice of bread on the bottom. Enjoy the cream piping hot and have a good meal.
