Ingredients to make sparkling Pisco sour:
- 3 cups of Pisco
- 1 cup of lemon juice
- 1 cup of gum syrup
- 2 units of egg whites
- 12 ice cubes
- Drops of Angosturo Bitters
How to make sparkling Pisco sour:
- Shake in a cocktail shaker or blend the pisco with the syrup. Then add the lemon juice and mix well.
- Syrup of gum is nothing more than homemade sugar syrup.
- Add the crushed ice and, at the end, the egg whites to give it that touch of foam. Blend well, until the white is frothy and serve in small glasses.
- The secret to getting a sparkling pisco is to add the egg whites at the end, it doesn’t matter if you don’t do it in a blender, but remember to shake well if you do it in a traditional cocktail shaker.
- When serving, add a few drops of Angostura bitters to taste and that’s it. You already have your sparkling pisco sour.
