Ingredients to make sparkling Pisco sour:

  • 3 cups of Pisco
  • 1 cup of lemon juice
  • 1 cup of gum syrup
  • 2 units of egg whites
  • 12 ice cubes
  • Drops of Angosturo Bitters

How to make sparkling Pisco sour:

  1. Shake in a cocktail shaker or blend the pisco with the syrup. Then add the lemon juice and mix well.
  2. Syrup of gum is nothing more than homemade sugar syrup.
  3. Add the crushed ice and, at the end, the egg whites to give it that touch of foam. Blend well, until the white is frothy and serve in small glasses.
  4. The secret to getting a sparkling pisco is to add the egg whites at the end, it doesn’t matter if you don’t do it in a blender, but remember to shake well if you do it in a traditional cocktail shaker.
  5. When serving, add a few drops of Angostura bitters to taste and that’s it. You already have your sparkling pisco sour.
