Spanish baked sea bream recipe

Ingredients to make Spanish baked sea bream:

  • salted
  • Oil 200ml
  • onion
  • 1/4 kg potato
  • Green pepper 100gr
  • Sea bream 2kg (1 or 2 pieces)
  • White wine 200ml
  • Lemon
  • 1 fish brother

How to make Spanish Baked Sea Bream:

  1. In a besuguera, lightly sauté the onion and the julienned pepper.
  2. Once sautéed, it is covered with the potatoes cut into thin slices and seasoned with salt.
  3. The sea bream is placed on top.
  4. Some incisions are made with a knife and half-moons of lemon are inserted.
  5. It goes into the oven.
  6. When the sea bream is half roasted, soak it with the white wine and some fish broth.
  7. Let it finish roasting.
  8. It is presented in the same besuguera.
