Spaghetti with spicy tomato recipe

The spicy Italian pasta recipe that I am sharing this time is an invention that I made running for my boy’s Tupperware one day when he had nothing to take to work the next day. I came up with this simple but delicious dish of spaghetti with tomato, with a spicy touch just the way he likes it. Spicy but not crying, calm down. Just enough. In any case, those who don’t like that style of spicy spaghetti can make them in a mild version:) An energetic and light dish at the same time, ideal for lunch and, as I say, to take away in the Tupperware.

Ingredients to make Spaghetti with spicy tomato:

  • 1 handful of Spaghetti
  • 1 piece of Ripe Tomato
  • 1 tsp. Samba Olenek Sauce (or Harass or any kind of hot pepper paste of that kind)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of ground black pepper
  • 1 splash of olive oil
  • 1 handful of pine nuts
  • 1 pinch of chopped parsley (fresh or dried)

How to make Spicy Tomato Spaghetti:

  1. To start making this spaghetti with spicy tomato we put them to cookin water with a little salt.
  2. When they are al dente, strain them and pass them through a stream of cold water to stop the cooking. We booked.
  3. Next, we wash and grate theripe tomato.
  4. If you prefer, you can use canned fried tomato for the spicy spaghetti, but they are much better that way and will be more natural.
  5. In the bowl where we put the tomato pulp, add the salt, pepper, a splash of oil, the samba oiled and the pine nuts, and mix well.
  6. You can use this spicy pasta sauce to prepare other dishes that you like
  7. In a casserole we put the previous sauce.
  8. When it starts to boil (not very strong) add the cooked spaghettiand stir. We leave for a minute, stirring frequently and turn off.
  9. We already have our delicious plate of spaghetti with spicy tomatoready to eat.
  10. If we sprinkle a little chopped parsley it is even better. You’ll see how delicious!
