Ingredients to make Spaghetti with salmon and cherry tomatoes:
- 300 grams of Salmon (or two medium fillets)
- 8 pieces of cherry tomato
- 6 pieces of dried tomatoes
- 1 piece of Onions
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 package of Spaghetti
- 1 handful of arugula
How to make Spaghetti with salmon and cherry tomatoes:
- Cut the salmon into smallcubes and marinate it with a little olive oil, salt and black pepper.
- Let the fish rest for 10 minutes, and then fry it in a pan.
- Meanwhile, bring the spaghetti to a boil. Use the amount of pasta that you usually use for two people.
- Add the chopped onion and garlicto the bread. Wait five minutes, or until the onion turns golden, and lower the heat.
- Then add the dried tomatoes and cherry tomatoesto the pan along with half a glass of water.
- Add three teaspoons of sugar and salt to taste, and leave them until the water begins to boil.
