Spaghetti with salmon and cherry tomatoes recipe

Ingredients to make Spaghetti with salmon and cherry tomatoes:

  • 300 grams of Salmon (or two medium fillets)
  • 8 pieces of cherry tomato
  • 6 pieces of dried tomatoes
  • 1 piece of Onions
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 package of Spaghetti
  • 1 handful of arugula

How to make Spaghetti with salmon and cherry tomatoes:

  1. Cut the salmon into smallcubes and marinate it with a little olive oil, salt and black pepper.
  2. Let the fish rest for 10 minutes, and then fry it in a pan.
  3. Meanwhile, bring the spaghetti to a boil. Use the amount of pasta that you usually use for two people.
  4. Add the chopped onion and garlicto the bread. Wait five minutes, or until the onion turns golden, and lower the heat.
  5. Then add the dried tomatoes and cherry tomatoesto the pan along with half a glass of water.
  6. Add three teaspoons of sugar and salt to taste, and leave them until the water begins to boil.
  7. Finally, add the spaghetti to the pan so that everything mixes well.
  8. When the spaghetti with salmon and tomatoare ready, serve them by adding the arugula and Parmesan cheese on top.
