- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 unit of bighead onion
- 1 pinch of salt

How to make Spaghetti with pesto and chicken:
- Prepare the ingredients for the spaghetti al pesto recipe.
- Cut the onion into small squares. Place a frying pan over medium heat and add the butter and a teaspoon of sunflower oil fry the onion until it is transparent.
- Once the onion is transparent, add the chicken strips, salt and pepper. Sauté for approximately 8-10 minutes.
- Add a glass of white wine to give more flavor to our preparation (this step is optional). Let cook for 5 more minutes.
