How to make Spaghetti with Pecorino Cheese:
- Prepare the béchamel sauce (place two tablespoons of butter to melt, then add the three tablespoons of flour and stir, then add the milk and do not stop beating with a wooden spatula, when the three elements are about to boil, add the Salt to Taste, the nutmeg and 150 grams of Parmesan cheese, lower the heat and reserve.
