Ingredients to make Spaghetti with olives and anchovies:

  1. 300 grams of spaghetti.
  2. 500 grams of tomato sauce.
  3. 250 grams of black olives.
  4. 50 grams of salted anchovies.
  5. 1 teaspoon of oregano.
  6. Olive oil.

How to make Spaghetti with olives and anchovies:

  • We put a high casserole with water on the fire; when it starts to boil add a handful of coarse salt and a splash of oil or a tablespoon of butter.
  • Cook the spaghetti in boiling water for about 5-7 minutes, drain it and pass it through a stream of cold water.
  • Cut the pitted olives into quarters, drain the anchovies, cutting them in half lengthwise and then into medium pieces.
  • In a casserole, heat the tomato sauce to which we will add the oregano.
  • When the tomato sauce begins to boil, add the olives, remove the sauce from the heat and then add the anchovies.
  • Mix this sauce with the spaghetti and cook everything together for a minute.
  • We served hot.
