How to make Spaghetti with olives and anchovies:
- We put a high casserole with water on the fire; when it starts to boil add a handful of coarse salt and a splash of oil or a tablespoon of butter.
- Cook the spaghetti in boiling water for about 5-7 minutes, drain it and pass it through a stream of cold water.
