In addition to being a recipe for athletes due to its great contribution of nutrients and carbohydrates, this pasta with nuts is a different dish with very well combined flavors, with which you will surprise your guests.
Ingredients to make Spaghetti with nuts:
- 200 grams of Spaghetti
- 150 milliliters of sweet wine
- 1½ tablespoons raisins
- 2 tablespoons of Walnuts
- 1 tablespoon of pine nuts
- 20 units of Hazelnuts
- 1 clove garlic
- 12 units of black olives
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 splash of olive oil
- 1 dessert spoon of dried oregano
How to make Spaghetti with nuts:
- We gather all the ingredients to prepare the spaghetti with nuts.
- First of all, we cut the walnuts with the knife into uneven pieces, not too small or too big.
- Meanwhile, we are sautéing the garlic clove in a pan with 3 tablespoons of olive oil.
- Once the garlic is golden, add the raisins so that they are hydrated with the oil. We cook for a couple of minutes.
- Add the rest of the ingredients: hazelnuts, pine nuts and walnuts. Let the nuts brown over medium heat for 2 minutes.
