  1. 200 grams of Spaghetti
  2. 150 milliliters of sweet wine
  3. 1½ tablespoons raisins
  4. 2 tablespoons of Walnuts
  5. 1 tablespoon of pine nuts
  6. 20 units of Hazelnuts
  7. 1 clove garlic
  8. 12 units of black olives
  9. 1 pinch of salt
  10. 1 splash of olive oil
  11. 1 dessert spoon of dried oregano

How to make Spaghetti with nuts:

  • We gather all the ingredients to prepare the spaghetti with nuts.
  • First of all, we cut the walnuts with the knife into uneven pieces, not too small or too big.
  • Meanwhile, we are sautéing the garlic clove in a pan with 3 tablespoons of olive oil.
  • Once the garlic is golden, add the raisins so that they are hydrated with the oil. We cook for a couple of minutes.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients: hazelnuts, pine nuts and walnuts. Let the nuts brown over medium heat for 2 minutes.
  • It is time to add the sliced ​​black olives and the dried oregano. We move.
  • We raised the fire and added the sweet wine. We let the alcohol evaporate, for this we let cook for about 2-3 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti in another pot with plenty of boiling water and a little salt.
  • Once cooked, we mix the spaghetti with the nut sauce so that the flavors are well integrated.
