Spaghetti with Mushrooms Recipe

Ingredients to make Spaghetti with mushrooms:

  1. 400 g of spaghetti approx.
  2. 50 g. butter or margarine
  3. 50 g bacon or bacon
  4. 100g minced meat
  5. 1 glass of red wine
  6. 1 can of mushrooms or 300 g of fresh mushrooms, cleaned and filleted
  7. 400 g of homemade tomato sauce or a brick of fried tomato
  8. salted
  9. white pepper
  10. Parsley

How to make Spaghetti with mushrooms:

  • Cut the bacon or bacon into small pieces. Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the minced meat and bacon, turning over low heat until golden brown.
  • We sprinkle it with the wine and let it cook over a very slow heat until the alcohol evaporates.
  • Add the mushrooms, stir it around and then add the tomato and cook for 15-20 minutes or a little longer if the mushrooms are fresh. Season with salt if necessary and add a bit of freshly ground white pepper and chopped parsley.
  • Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water until they are cooked. Drain them and place them in a bowl, add the sauce and mix well.
  • If we prefer we can serve it with grated cheese.
