Ingredients to make Spaghetti with minced meat:
- 250 grams of minced pork
- 300 grams of Spaghetti
- 1 unit of chopped onion
- 2 tomato cans
- 1 unit of sliced Chorizo
- 1 package of Sausages
- 1 pinch of garlic powder
- 1 pinch of thyme
- 1 pinch of oregano

How to make Spaghetti with minced meat:
- We gather all the necessary ingredients to make the spaghetti with minced meat.
- We put a saucepan with water to cook on the fire, add a little salt and a bay leaf. When the water starts to boil, add the spaghetti.
- When 10 minutes have passed, we remove the spaghetti, drain it and add a little cold water, drain it again. Then, we put them back in the saucepan already drained.
- Now we put a frying pan with a little oil and, when it is hot, add the chopped onion and fry it.
- When the onion is slightly golden, we then add the minced meat with a little thyme, garlic powder and oregano so that it takes on flavor.
- When the minced meat is cooked, we add it to the sauce pan where we have the pasta and in the pan we put a little oil again. Once hot, add the sausage package with the sausages and chorizoalready cut.
- When the sausages and chorizo are cooked, add the two cans of fried tomato to the pan so that it heats up a bit. Then, we add all the contents of the pan to the saucepan where we have the pasta with the minced meat. If you prefer, you can make your own tomato sauce for pasta.
- When we have everything in the saucepan we remove it and that’s it. Now we can serve the spaghetti with minced meat and enjoy. We can accompany it with a green salad.
