Spaghetti with Ground Beef Recipe

  2. 600 grams of mixed ground beef
  3. Ragu or Bolognese sauce
  4. 1 chicken stock cube
  5. 1 tablespoon garlic butter

How to make Spaghetti with Ground Beef:

  • The first thing we have to do to make this recipe for spaghetti with ground meat is to boil water, and when it is boiling, cook the spaghetti for approximately 8 minutes. Don’t worry because later we’ll cook them a little more and the spaghetti will be done just right.
  • Meanwhile, put a little oil in a pan and fry the mixed ground beef. It can be beef, pork, or both; it can even be chicken or turkey, but it is usually tastier if you combine minced beef and pork. Then, season it to your liking with a little salt and pepper. When the meat is already fried, drain the excess oil and reserve it for later.
  • Once the spaghetti is ready and drained, place it in the same pan where you made the meat and add the garlic butter. Mix everything well for about 5 minutes so that the butter melts and the spaghetti is well impregnated with its flavor.
