- 150 grams of Spaghetti
- 2 units of red pepper
- 1 pot of vegetable cream
- 1 shot of Maggi Juice
- 4 garlic cloves
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil of intense flavor
How to make Spaghetti with cream of peppers:
- The first step in making this delicious spaghetti with peppers and garlic oil will be to clean the peppers. Cut each piece in half and remove the seeds and membranes. Then grill them on the outside and close them in a plastic bag until they come to room temperature.
- To finish preparing the peppers, remove the blackened skin with the help of a knife and then cut one part into cubes and the other into strips. Avoid removing burned skin under running water.
- Separately, cook the spaghetti in the traditional way in a liter and a half of water with a pinch of salt.
