Spaghetti with Cream of Corn Recipe

  1. 1 bag of Spaghetti Pasta
  2. ½ cup of sour cream
  3. ¼ cup whole milk
  4. 2 pieces of fresh corn
  5. 1 piece of onion
  6. 1 clove garlic
  7. 1 pinch of salt
  8. 1 pinch of Pepper
  9. 1 tablespoon of Oil

How to make Spaghetti with corn cream:

  • We are going to start our preparation of spaghetti with corn by cooking the spaghetti pasta, for this we put enough water in a saucepan to cover the spaghetti, put it on high heat, add a piece of onion, garlic, a pinch of salt, pepper and a splash of oil. Once the water is boiling, add the spaghetti to start cooking, this will take approximately 4 minutes, and once ready, drain the water and reserve the pasta for a moment.
  • Meanwhile, we take the fresh corn and begin to shell them with the help of a knife and very carefully.
