Ingredients to make Spaghetti with Celery:
- 400 grams of spaghetti
- 2 stalks of celery
- 100 gr. grated parmesan cheese
- 1 raw egg yolk
- 2 glasses of milk
- 3 tablespoons of butter
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- oil
How to make Spaghetti with Celery:
- Wash the celery stalks, remove the filaments and cut it into small pieces.
- Cook them in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes and drain them.
- Separately, cook the spaghetti in water and salt until al dente.
- Melt the butter in a pan, add the flour, brown it and pour in the hot milk.
- Cook while stirring and add the nutmeg, a pinch of salt, the cheese and the egg yolk and remove from the heat.
- Drain the spaghetti, mix it with the celery and put it in a bowl.
- Pour the béchamel on top and gratin.
