Spaghetti with Celery Recipe

Ingredients to make Spaghetti with Celery:

  1. 400 grams of spaghetti
  2. 2 stalks of celery
  3. 100 gr. grated parmesan cheese
  4. 1 raw egg yolk
  5. 2 glasses of milk
  6. 3 tablespoons of butter
  7. 1 pinch of nutmeg
  8. oil

How to make Spaghetti with Celery:

  • Wash the celery stalks, remove the filaments and cut it into small pieces.
  • Cook them in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes and drain them.
  • Separately, cook the spaghetti in water and salt until al dente.
  • Melt the butter in a pan, add the flour, brown it and pour in the hot milk.
  • Cook while stirring and add the nutmeg, a pinch of salt, the cheese and the egg yolk and remove from the heat.
  • Drain the spaghetti, mix it with the celery and put it in a bowl.
  • Pour the béchamel on top and gratin.
