Spaghetti with Anchovy and Mushrooms Recipe

Ingredients to make Spaghetti with anchovy and mushrooms:

  1. Spaghetti
  2. Mushrooms
  3. Oil
  4. anchovies
  5. Liquid cream

How to make Spaghetti with anchovy and mushrooms:

  • Cook the spaghetti and sauté the mushrooms cut to the taste of each one.
  • We take the anchos and we remove all the oil and we pass it to the mortar and we press them until it is like a paste.
  • Once the mushrooms are sautéed, mix them with the anchovy leg and the liquid cream.
