Ingredients to make Spaghetti a Lo San Francisco:
- 1/2 Package of Spaghetti
- 180 grams of ham cut into squares
- 1/2 Cup of Milk Cream
- 4 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese
- 1/8 Cup of Cognac or Pisco
- 5 mushrooms
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- Salt & Pepper To Taste
How to make Spaghetti A Lo San Francisco:
1) Boil the pasta until al dente, then spread it on a plate and add a little olive oil and let it rest.
2) In a frying pan, sauté the mushrooms with a little butter and set aside.
3) In a frying pan, put the spaghetti and mix them very carefully after the frying pan has reached temperature, flambé with cognac or pisco, let the heat subside and add the mushrooms, stir and then pour in the milk cream, continue stirring very carefully and add the previously cut ham, the Parmesan cheese and finally rectify the seasoning.
