Ingredients to make Spaghetti with special cream:
- 500 grams of Spaghetti
- 3 units of Smoked Chop
- 1 can of corn
- 1 can of milk cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons of Mayonnaise
- 1 pinch of salt
How to make Spaghetti with special cream:
- Cook the spaghetti in the traditional way, following the manufacturer’s instructions. Add a pinch of salt to the water and stir so the pasta doesn’t stick.
- To make the sauce, first cut the chops into small pieces and brown the meat in a skillet. Do not add oil, the chops will brown in their own fat.
- Next, add half a cup of water and cook for 3 minutes. Then, lower the heat and add the milk cream, corn and a pinch of salt.
- To finish, mix the sauce with the already drained spaghetti. Stir well and add the grated Parmesan cheese and to add consistency you can add a little mayonnaise. Keep adding to taste until the sauce is as thick as you prefer.
- Serve the spaghetti with a special creamand decorate with some basil leaves and corn kernels.
