Ingredients to make Spaghetti with IL Tono:
- 400 g. spaghetti
- 300 g. tuna packed in oil
- 4 caches. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 clove(s) garlic clove
- 250 g. tomato puree
- 2 caches. chopped parsley
How to make Spaghetti with the Tone:
- Cook the pasta al dente in plenty of salted water.
- While it is cooking, brown the minced garlic clove in the oil in a pan.
- Add the tuna; with the oil from the packaging well strained and let the flavors mix over low heat for a few minutes.
- Then, add the tomato puree, adjust the salt and add a lot of pepper, and continue cooking the sauce for about 10 minutes.
- Strain the pasta, pour the sauce over it and sprinkle the top with the chopped parsley.
