Spaghetti Recipe with IL Tono

Ingredients to make Spaghetti with IL Tono:

  1. 400 g. spaghetti
  2. 300 g. tuna packed in oil
  3. 4 caches. extra virgin olive oil
  4. 1 clove(s) garlic clove
  5. 250 g. tomato puree
  6. 2 caches. chopped parsley

How to make Spaghetti with the Tone:

  • Cook the pasta al dente in plenty of salted water.
  • While it is cooking, brown the minced garlic clove in the oil in a pan.
  • Add the tuna; with the oil from the packaging well strained and let the flavors mix over low heat for a few minutes.
  • Then, add the tomato puree, adjust the salt and add a lot of pepper, and continue cooking the sauce for about 10 minutes.
  • Strain the pasta, pour the sauce over it and sprinkle the top with the chopped parsley.
