  1. 1 bag of Spaghetti
  2. 200 grams of fresh salmon
  3. 1 can of black olives
  4. 2 tablespoons Vegans
  5. ½ cup of non-dairy milk
  6. 1 branch of Dill
  7. ¼ piece of white onion
  8. 1 clove garlic
  9. 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  10. 1 pinch of salt
  11. 1 pinch of Pepper

How to make Spaghetti with fresh salmon without cream:

  • Keep in mind that since the idea is not to use cream and to cook a light dish, we have opted for vegan ingredients to make the sauce for the spaghetti, but if you want you can use traditional mayonnaise and whole milk.
  • Start by cooking the spaghetti, for this we put water to boil along with the onion and garlic so that it gives off a little aroma and flavor. After 5 minutes, add the pasta and cook traditionally until al dente.
  • Once ready, remove it from the heat; stop cooking by rinsing with cold water and reserve.

  • Now it’s time to prepare the white sauce for spaghetti. To prepare our dressing, we mix the milk with the vegan and the chopped dill in a bowl, incorporate it perfectly and we have ready our white sauce without cream.
  • To serve, place a little pasta on the plate, add the seared salmon and a little black olive. Then we bathe with the sauce and done.
