Ingredients to make Spaghetti with basil cream:
- 500 gr. of spaghetti
- 200 gr. liquid milk cream
- 25 gr. of butter
- 1 sprig of fresh basil
- 1 clove garlic

How to make Spaghetti with Basil Cream:
- In a saucepan melt the butter over low heat.
- Add the milk cream, a few pinches of salt, pepper and nutmeg.
- Crush the garlic and basil in a mortar and add it to the milk cream.
- Remove from heat before it starts to boil.
- Cook the pasta al dente.
- Drain it and place it in a fountain.
- Add the sauce and serve.
