Ingredients to make Spaghetti margarita:

  1. 300 grams of cooked spaghetti.
  2. 150 grams of cherry tomatoes.
  3. 100 grams of fresh basil.
  4. 50 ml of olive oil.

How to make Spaghetti margarita:

  • Prepare all the ingredients.
  • In a bowl add water with a tablespoon of white vinegar, add the cherry tomatoes and leave there for approximately 10 minutes, this will clean the outer part of the tomato well.
  • Bring a large skillet to medium heat; add the olive oil and the cooked paste.
  • Remove the water from the tomatoes and cut them in half, take them to a bowl and mix them with the whole basil leaves.
  • Add the mixture of tomatoes and basil to the pasta and stir well so that they are well distributed throughout the preparation.
  • Add a splash of red wine to the preparation and serve. Sprinkle grated cheese on top and decorate with two basil leaves.
