Spaghetti in Red Sauce Recipe

Spaghetti is a good companion to different dishes, although we can enjoy it alone or as a garnish. we will give you a recipe for spaghetti in red sauce that is delicious and cannot be missing from our Christmas dinner.

Ingredients to make Spaghetti in red sauce:

  1. 1 package of Spaghetti
  2. 1 clove garlic
  3. 1 piece of Onions
  4. 2 bay leaves
  5. 1 splash of olive oil

For the red willow

  1. 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  2. 1 cube of Chicken Concentrate
  3. 1 branch of Basil
  4. 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  5. 2 cups of tomato puree

How to make Spaghetti in red sauce:

  • As a first step we are going to gather all the necessary ingredients to prepare this pasta dish in red sauce.
  • Bring two liters of water to a boil in a saucepan, add a clove of garlic, a piece of onion, a tablespoon of salt, the bay leaves and a drizzle of olive oil. When it boils, add the spaghetti and let it boil for approximately seven or nine minutes. Let it be al dente.
  • Trick: We add the oil to prevent the paste from sticking, but this is somewhat to taste, according to each person’s way.
  • Once the pasta is cooked, remove it from the hot water and remove the garlic, onion and bay leaves. We reserve the spaghetti.
  • To prepare the red sauce, in a saucepan over low heat, place a drizzle of oil
  • Then we add the previously minced garlic.
  • Once the garlic has been fried, we add the tomato puree.
  • We continue with the preparation of the red sauce for pasta, letting the puree boil, adding the basil and oregano. We also add the cube of chicken broth. Add water to make a thick sauce and rectify salt.
  • Trick: Salt must be added in moderation, since chicken concentrate contains a lot.
  • We place the spaghetti in a refractory mold and cover them with the sauce. Then, we take it to the oven at 180°C for 10 minutes to give it the final touch.
