Spaghetti Constance Recipe

Ingredients to make Spaghetti a la Constanza:

  1. 350 grams of cheeses in portions
  2. 2 avocados
  3. 200 ccs of liquid cream
  4. 200 grams of ground walnuts
  5. 1 kilo of fresh spaghetti
  6. 50 grams of grated cheese

How to make Spaghetti Constance:

  • Crush the cheeses and avocados well.
  • Mix well and add the ground nuts and liquid cream.
  • The spaghetti is cooked and the previous mixture is added to each plate when serving.
  • Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
