Spaghetti Carbonara Recipe with Mushrooms

Ingredients to make Spaghetti carbonara with mushrooms:

  1. 250 grams of Spaghetti
  2. 200 milliliters of Cream of milk (1 cup)
  3. 2 units of Eggs
  4. 150 grams of smoked bacon
  5. 200 grams of Paris Mushrooms
  6. 1 pinch of salt
  7. 1 pinch of Pepper

How to make Spaghetti Carbonara with Mushrooms:

  • Prepare all the ingredients to make sure that we do not lack anything to cook the spaghetti carbonara.
  • Cook the pasta in boiling water with plenty of salt, until al dente.
  • In a large frying pan or wok, add the finely cut bacon, wait until it releases its fat and is crispy.
  • Add the sliced ​​mushrooms, season and sauté until golden.
  • For the carbonara sauce, mix the milk cream with the eggs, season with salt and pepper.
  • Remove the wok from the heat, wait for it to be lukewarm and add the mixture of eggs and milk cream, return to the very low heat and mix constantly until it boils, the egg should be cooked without coagulating. Add the Parmesan cheese and mix.
