Spaghetti al Papillote Recipe

Ingredients to make Spaghetti al papillote:

  1. 150 grams of Spaghetti
  2. 150 grams of Chicken
  3. 3 units of red tomatoes
  4. 80 grams of white onion
  5. 1 clove garlic
  6. 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
  7. 1 splash of olive oil
  8. 1 pinch of salt
  9. 1 pinch of Pepper

How to make Spaghetti al papillote:

  • Before making the pasta al papillote, the first step is to prepare all the ingredients.
  • In a pot with boiling water and salt, add the tomatoes, removing the stem and making a cross at the other end, cook for 8 minutes, then remove the skin and set aside.
  • It is time to fry the onion and garlic, both finely cut, in a pan with oil. Sauté everything together until golden, season.
  • Blend the tomatoesvery well and add the previous stir-fry. Blend again until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
  • Cook the tomato saucefor 20 minutes, at the end rectifies the flavor with salt and pepper.
  • Tip:If the sauce is a bit acidic, add a teaspoon of sugar.
  • Besides, cook the pasta in boiling salted water; make sure they are a little hard so we can finish cooking in the oven. Then, mix the pasta with the sauce and wrap in aluminum foil, take it to the oven at 180°C for 10 minutes.
  • Next, in a frying pan with oil, cook the previously seasoned chicken cut into stripsuntil golden.
  • Finally, serve the spaghetti al papillote together with the chicken and a little Parmesan cheese.
