Spaghetti al Burro Recipe

Ingredients to make Spaghetti al burro:

  1. 500 grams of spaghetti
  2. 200 ml of cream of milk or cream.
  3. 300 grams of Parmesan cheese.
  4. 1 tablespoon of garlic powder.
  5. 100 ml of olive oil.
  6. 1 glass of white wine.

How to make Spaghetti al burro:

  • To start making our donkey spaghetti, the first step is to prepare all the ingredients.
  • Bring a pot with water over high heat, once it is at a boiling point add the pasta and cook it until it is cooked.
  • Remove from the water with a pasta strainer and add cold water immediately as this will stop the cooking immediately.
  • Bring a skillet to medium heat and add the olive oil.
  • Once hot, add the pasta and cook for a few minutes, approximately three to four minutes.
  • Add the garlic salt, normal salt and pepper to taste. Let cook for a couple of minutes.
  • Add the glass of white wine and the milk cream let it cook for a couple of minutes and turn off the heat to prevent our sauce from drying out.
  • Serve our donkey spaghetti sprinkling a little Parmesan cheese on top.
