How to make Spaghetti al burro:
- To start making our donkey spaghetti, the first step is to prepare all the ingredients.
- Bring a pot with water over high heat, once it is at a boiling point add the pasta and cook it until it is cooked.
- Remove from the water with a pasta strainer and add cold water immediately as this will stop the cooking immediately.
- Bring a skillet to medium heat and add the olive oil.
- Once hot, add the pasta and cook for a few minutes, approximately three to four minutes.
- Add the garlic salt, normal salt and pepper to taste. Let cook for a couple of minutes.
- Add the glass of white wine and the milk cream let it cook for a couple of minutes and turn off the heat to prevent our sauce from drying out.
- Serve our donkey spaghetti sprinkling a little Parmesan cheese on top.
