Ingredients to make spaghetti a la béchamel:
- 1 package of Spaghetti
- 1 unit of onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 package of minced meat
- 1 jar of béchamel sauce
- 1 jet of Oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of Pepper
How to make spaghetti a la béchamel:
- While the spaghetti is cooking, finely chop the onion and garlic and sauté, add the minced meat and fry until golden brown, add black pepper and salt to taste.
- Once cooked, the spaghetti is mixed with the minced meat.
- Next, pour the béchamel sauce over the top and cook au gratin.
