Soy Pacholitas Recipe

Ingredients to make Soy Pacholitas:

  • For 5 people:
  • 1 cup dehydrated soy
  • 1 cup oatmeal (raw and no artificial flavor)
  • 1 pc. carrot
  • 1 pc. pumpkin
  • 1 pc. potato
  • 1/2 pc. onion
  • parsley (a little)
  • 1 pc. egg
  • bread crumbs
  • ground black pepper
  • garlic powder
  • Salt

How to make Soy Pacholitas:

1.The soybean is hydrated and squeezed very well, it is mixed with the raw oats, the vegetables are grated and the cabala and the parsley are chopped, everything is mixed, the egg and a pinch of the powder are added, salt to taste and add the necessary breadcrumbs to make consistent dough.

2.Balls are formed and flattened a little and finally fried.

3.If you don’t want to fry them, you can put them in the oven.

4.It is accompanied with a salad and the pacholitas can be bathed with a tomato sauce.
