Ingredients to make Soy Casserole:

  • 2 cups of cooked soy
  • 1 onion
  • 1 zucchini
  • 200 grams of pumpkin
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 potatoes
  • 200 grams of green beans
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • Vegetables soup

How to make Soy Casserole:

1.In a saucepan, sauté the onion and carrots.

2.Add the rest of the cut vegetables, 1 cup of broth, salt and spices.

3.Let the vegetables cook, finally add the cooked soybeans and continue cooking for another 5 minutes.
