- 2 cups of cooked soy
- 1 onion
- 1 zucchini
- 200 grams of pumpkin

- 2 potatoes
- 200 grams of green beans

How to make Soy Casserole:
1.In a saucepan, sauté the onion and carrots.
2.Add the rest of the cut vegetables, 1 cup of broth, salt and spices.
